Once a project is awarded to RealCom, what is your process to insure a successful outcome?
Once the project is awarded, RealCom’s project Manager will meet with all stakeholders and gather as much information as possible to fill in any blanks or holes in the scope of work. From that information, he/she will: • Define expectations; • Develop clear metrics to define success; • Develop a detailed project plan and reporting method; • Finalize the project team; • Create a project plan of record using (including baseline schedules); • Create a project budget; • Hold kick-off meeting and training for all project team members; • Assign work to all team members and subcontractors; • Track and manage project milestone completion dates and costs vs. plan of record utilizing RPM (RealCom’s proprietary Project Management System); • Manage daily activities, utilizing RPM and look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness; • Provide regular reports and project updates to our customer point of contact; • Maintain project records in the order necessary to provide a comprehensive proje
