On Windows NT, how do I specify an absolute path name in CPPPATH?

How can you specify an absolute path name in NT in CPPPATH. I want CPPPATH to have something like v:\msvc42\include in it. I can’t put the colon in there because that is the delimiter that CONS uses in the CPPPATH.
