On what criteria are selections made?
• Problem-solving ability. We do not have predefined solutions to the case studies through which you will work. It is important to us that you structure problems, develop solutions systematically, and argue logically. You should also demonstrate creativity, the ability to pass practical judgment, and mathematical capability. • Personality/team orientation. It is important that you are confident but not arrogant and that you possess strong active and passive communication skills. The people with whom you speak will form an opinion about whether they could imagine working with you in a team. • Motivation/leadership ability. Consulting requires a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and willingness to perform.
