The Board will consider all relevant factors, in the interest of FSL Trust. These include prevailing market conditions, the DPU among other factors, as well as the prevailing unit price of FSL Trust listed on SGX-ST. The discount may not necessarily be applied for every distribution under the Scheme. The discount quantum may also differ for each applicable distribution.
