On the rear fenders, does the welting continue down on the front to the bottom of the sills (valences?). In back, down to the bottom of the plates that cover the ends of the frame rails?
1929 SERIES130 SEDAN FENDER WELTING 1/4″ Originally the fabric may have shown just slightly – hard to find, just use the over the counter stuff. On the rear fenders – in back, yes the welt goes all the way and is folded over and tucked at the end of the valence.
