On the New User Sign-Up form, I typed in my preferred Password, but keep getting Password error message. What could I be doing wrong?
Your Password is case-sensitive, must contain a combination of letters and numbers. It should be at least six characters with no spaces, and must not contain any special characters such as % > * . Upper and lowercase is permitted. If the Password you have chosen meets this criteria and you still get a Password error message, please either either email us or call us at 408-244-SAVE (7283) for help.
