On the Mobile Backup website, why does the input box sometimes turn red when I am entering contact details?
The website can generally hold a greater number of characters than your phone can for each field. The box will turn red to notify you that you have reached the character limit for your phone. Any extra characters you type in will be saved on the website, but not synched to your phone. Only the characters that are entered before the box turns red will be synched to your phone. The number of characters allowed varies by phone model.
