On the GAP Project Profile page, what is the show project in surname project list option? Should I check the box to show my project in this list?
The Show project in Surname Project list option allows you to set whether your project is included in the Projects Index and on the Projects page. For the vast majority of projects, it is a good idea to include your project. To make your project private by removing it from the listing: • Login to your Group Administration Page (GAP). (https://www.familytreedna.com/login.aspx) • Go to the Project Administration Project Profile page. • Uncheck the box next to Show Project In Surname Project List. • Click the Save Project Profile button to save your changes.
