On the deployment date, how many providers need to use CCTA?
It is not expected on the deployment date that all providers will select or be able to use the automated parent check-in/check-out process or the web submittal of attendance. On the deployment date, each district should have identified those providers who are able to use the automated parent check-in/check-out process and those providers that will submit via the web. The remaining providers will submit attendance through a paper process. The CCTA project team recommends that, on their deployment date, districts should try to have at least 25 percent of its children using the automated parent check-in/check-out process in CCTA.
