On the Chat Room screen, there is no response after typing in new messages and then pressing the Post button. What should I do?
First check whether your computer is still connected to the Internet. Second, check whether the light indicator in the top right-hand corner of the Chat Room window is red. A red light indicates there is a problem in the transmission. Please kindly close the Chat Room window and restart it. This light indicator is used to show the performance of the transmission. A green or orange light indicates a fast or low transmission rate respectively. If the situation with a red light is persistent, please contact us at soul@hkuspace.hku.hk.
