On the Board Parameters Screen of the New PCB Wizard, I see the options for v-score and Tab rout, but they are grayed out. How can I select those?

Basic Design Requirement orders cannot have a v-score or tab route, due to overwhelming request of customers seeking the lowest possible cost. This includes orders with arrays. To get those options, select Expand Design Requirement on the Design Requirement Page of this wizard.
