On the Batch Query, what is meant by Result Type of Splice Variants or Exon / Subexons?
The default batch query returns results for each splice variant that matches the query. See the “How does the batch query interface work?” question above for an example of the batch Splice Variant results. If for example, you submit microarray probe sequences, the results will show each splice variant targeted by the probe.
