On page 115 under section 8, Assurances and Certifications, the application requires a PR/award number in the upper right corner of the form. How can this number be located for inclusion?
The PR/award number is the tracking number each applicant receives once they submit an application. This number is generated automatically for electronically submitted applications. Submitting an application via hardcopy will not have a PR number until it is received by the Application Control Center. However, each hardcopy application must be submitted in its entirety, including all required forms and signatures (then, we will assign a PR/Award number once the application is received). The PR/award number should be saved for future reference, since it will be associated with the application throughout the review process..
