A12. This message is generated if the Cwmail/Dmailweb login page has already been used. Typically you will receive this error if you are trying to login from a static web page. To allow this you need to set ‘no_tcode true’ in your ini file. You might also receive this error if you are running a caching proxy server, in which case setting ‘no_tcode true’ will also resolve this problem.
