Patrons can request a website that is currently blocked to be unfiltered by completing a County of Henrico Public Library “Citizen’s Request for Reconsideration of Library Materials” form. Patrons can obtain a copy of the form from the Library Reference Desk. The form will then be submitted to and reviewed by the Library Materials Committee and a determination will be made. The requesting patron will be notified of the Committee’s decision.
