If you receive such an error, then you are probably missing the OpenGL libraries in the machine. Please install them from the HP web-site. Even after OpenGL installation, sometimes MED may crash. This had been caused by the setting of the LANG variable (like, ‘de’ for example). The wrong LANG setting causes error messages with every shell command confusing the output redirection into tcl variables. The LANG variable should either be `unset’ or set to a proper language before starting ICEMCFD.
