It sounds like you’re trying to use Internet Explorer to view Facebook. Thats a bad decision, Internet Explorer is RUBBISH Go to http://www.getfirefox.com and download the Mozilla Firefox web browser – its much better, it won’t ask you to install an ActiveX to use a website, it just works! You can still keep Internet Explorer installed (in fact, we recommend you do), and choose whether you want IE or Firefox to be the default web browser; and still use the other one for other stuff. But Firefox is good enough to replace Internet Explorer completely.
