R. EPZ/EOU unit holders who do not wish to continue in the scheme can exercise their option for debonding and sell or clear the imported goods in the DTA on payment of applicable duties. Capital Goods can be debonded on payment of duty at the rate prevailing at the time of disposal on depreciated value. Raw materials and other goods can be cleared at the rate of duty prevailing on the date of disposal on value at which the same were procured.
