On average, how long does it take to complete the MS program?
• Our program essentially runs on a trimester system – Fall, Spring & Summer. Students can do course work and clinical training during the fall and spring semesters as well as during the summer. • Full time students can complete the program in 6 – 7 semesters. (6-7 semesters = 2 – 2.5 Years or 24-26months. This would include two summer semesters.) • Part time students can adjust their plan, taking approximately 4-5 years. (However, it is possible for a part time student to complete the program in 3 years). • An important part of the program in the second year of study is the clinical practicum. Full time students should allow for 12- 15 hours per week for this activity.
