On a prearranged biddable deal, how do I match a higher bid to retain the capacity?
On your home page, under Confirmation/Match, a revised bid is displayed. To view the bid, click on the bid number. To approve the match, click on the Confirm button. On the business day the bid period ends and the evaluation and awarding occur, the revised bid will be posted by the pipeline no later than 2:00 P.M. CCT. The match must be completed by the prearranged shipper no later than 2:30 P.M. CCT.
