Yes. An APEXi AFC can help you, but you MUST tune it on the dyno with a wideband o2 sensor. If you do this, gains of more than 5 and up to 10hp are not unrealistic on a lightly tuned n/a Saturn. Stock, the car runs far too rich at WOT(wide open throttle), with some as rich as below 10.0. Tune your car for around 12.5 or up to 13.0 if you are feeling aggressive.
