This problem occurred with Wenlin 2.0 on some versions of Mac OS (due to undocumented changes made by Apple). It was fixed starting with Wenlin 2.1. If you are still using 2.0, you can download the latest update 2.x free of charge from www.wenlin.com/update.htm.
