A. Yes, both owners need to enroll and have their own User Code and Password. Your account number is your user code.The second owner on the account who wishes to have access to Online Banking cannot use the same account number. You may either choose one of your other account numbers or a unique User Code. A User Code must be at least 6 characters, up to a maximum of 17 characters, (either alpha or numeric or a combination of the two).Your password must be between 8-17 character alpha numeric passwords (minimum 8-character, 2 must be lower case alpha and 2 must be numeric).
