Okay well im about to but a used 2001 Audi TT with only 75,000 miles on it. All the research ive done says to use ppremium gas only, but does it really matter?

Yes, all TTs use the 1.8 turbo VW motor. Turbo motors need premium gas. They also require full synthetic oil. Make sure the car has had the timing belt replaced. It’s due at 60k miles and it can cost you anywhere from $400 for parts only if you do it yourself to 2k if you have the dealer do it. Mine also had a problem with the Master and slave cylinders for the clutch. I have a CD manual for that car, let me know if you are interested. rotuselan at yahoo dot com.
