I have always been a Ford person and have never had any major problems with them. I have a budget of about $8000 and have found both a 2007 Ford Fusion and a 2007 Ford Escape for around there. They both have high mileage of about 85,000. I really would want a newer year, but is the mileage too high? With proper maintenance would I be okay? I also found a 2007 Saturn Aura XR for the same price with the same mileage. What are your thoughts? A: I have a 2007 Fusion, but with only 19k miles on it. All I can tell you is for the 2 years I’ve owned it, it’s been an excellent car. Zero defects.
