Okay, but why do dubbed characters talk so weird?
In crappier English dubs, voice actors will simply cram dialogue over the moving character’s mouth, so you get a lot of: “HeySpeedlet’sgocatchracerXandteachhimalessonhe’llneverforgetright?” There’s good dubbing and bad dubbing. In general Anime companies in North America are getting better, but there are a few moments here and there where the quality drops.
