National Forests and BLM Districts will do their own monitoring, but in a way which includes coordinating with others and looking at the bigger picture. Objective AM-O2 and standards AM-S3 through AM-S7 in Table 3-5 of the Draft EISs discuss how monitoring and evaluation are to be conducted. An interagency Implementation Team is working on a monitoring framework, but their recommendations will be at a larger scale than individual Forests or Districts.
