Ok, so what are the hidden costs?
We pride ourselves on being ‘up front’ with you as a consumer. STARWEBZ WebShop really is an all-in-one package without any hidden start up costs. We charge a one-off price for the software is FREE and there is a monthly fixed hosting fee. If you are starting from scratch the only additional cost that you might incur is that of purchasing an online merchant account number if you want to take advantage of the credit card processing facility. Like all things, if you want us to do a few tweaks to your existing set-up i.e. transferring your existing domain name, having a special customized template made or transferring your existing e-mail addresses, we can do that for you but, unfortunately, we do have to charge a nominal fee (see below).
