A. Old injuries can be troublesome! The best thing to do is liaise with an instructor and they will be able to advise you on the best course of action, which may involve consulting your G.P. We can tailor training sessions to suit the individual and some of the instructors have experience in teaching pupils with learning difficulties. The Karate lessons that we do may not suit people with severe physical or mental handicaps, but we welcome any of these interested people to our club to spectate free of charge. Both our training venues have full wheelchair access and toilet facilities.
