Your immediate supervisor should always be your first stop. Your unit Readiness NCO may also be able to help you. In addition to your unit personnel, the California Army National Guard has a force of well-trained Career Counselors who can help you manage your military (and civilian!) careers. They are trained to handle incentive issues and in many cases will be able to answer your question on the spot in the event that your unit can’t. If they don’t know the answer at the time, they know how to find out. Your Career Counselors are there for you, so use them! Talk to your unit to find out who your Career Counselor is.
