Well, it really depends on the program you choose. Whenever you are submitting an offer, you will always have to pay an earnest money deposit. We’ve seen them range from $500-3,000 however, since we have developed relationships, you can expect to pay only $500 or a maximum of $1,000. We just won’t do any deals that exceed that amount. In our Partnership Program, the earnest money deposit is the ONLY thing you will have to pay out of your own pocket. If there are any other costs involved (i.e. closing costs, LLC formation fees, appraisal fees and home inspection fees, if applicable), Win Win Partnerships will pay for that since we are your partners.
