Absolutely Not. We need oil. Our society is utterly dependent on oil. The Green Party will replace the existing disorder with planned and orderly development. Diversify the economy by ensuring that most of the oil is upgraded and refined in Canada; Protect water resources and implement much stronger environmental measures. All Green Party incentives are designed to create a stronger economy, business opportunities and plenty of high quality jobs. Green means more jobs and increased prosperity.
