Oh god no. That would take forever. The E.G.G. development actually differs and depends on the E.G.G. itself. Some may learn faster, some slower. If you don’t teach it properly, it won’t learn, therefore it will take longer for it to mature. There’s no exact time limit, but usually it’s around 2-3 yearly intervals between the four stages. It varies though….it could even take you 6 years to get it to move on from the newborn stage….
