The OfficeReady Professional icons used in Microsoft Word and Excel are customized icons. Microsoft PowerPoint does not support customized icons; OfficeReady Professional uses in-built PowerPoint icons. Shaded fills, filled objects, and backgrounds that look good on the screen make the printed handouts unreadable. The toggle button provides the functionality to view the slides in either the screen version or the print version. To view a slide in its print version or vice versa, click the Toggle Screen/Print button. This displays the print/screen version of the slide.
