The parcels available for donation by PG&E are identified in the Land Conservation Plan Volume I (Appendix 5). During the disposition process, the Stewardship Council will develop parcel level maps for each planning unit that depicts the parcels available for donation. These maps will be available to stakeholders. As per the Settlement Agreement and Stipulation, PG&E may retain ownership of those lands deemed necessary for operations and maintenance of its hydropower projects. Those lands that are retained will be protected with a perpetual conservation easement to be held by a third party. The lands not necessary for project operations and maintenance can be donated to public entities or non-profit organizations, and protected with perpetual conservation easement to be held by a third party.
