Of course, this just shifts the question to: “What is an entity?
I once have read, it depends on your application. An adress on its own (even a full one, including the name) may not be of any use (and so will not be an entity) in a customer DB, where a customer has associations to purchased products, support requests, etc. But in an “advertising company” an address will be “usefull” by its own, so there it will be modeled as an entity.
