During breaks campers are either in the cafeteria eating, in the dorms or right outside the dorms with counselors around. Their meal time takes up a lot of their break. They are not allowed to leave the dorms without a parent permission slip given to their counselor (slips will be available to fill out upon check-in) and the camper has to check out through their counselor. In the event another parent is picking them up for lunch we will still need permission from their parent stating that their daughter will be picked up by so and so at this time. We take a role call before heading back to the fields after each break so all campers are accounted for before the start of each session.
