The rider covers a Realtor® who may have referred the inspector. E & O insurance (Errors and Omissions) is required for licensed home inspectors in New Jersey, but most home inspection companies do not purchase this extra-cost rider. Ebert Home Inspection carries a $1,000,000 E & O insurance policy with Realtor® indemnification.
