Consulate General of India, New York, USA • 12. The applicant is required to submit the OCI application (Part A and Part B) in duplicate form. Part B is automatically printed out when Part A is saved and the print command is selected at the pop-up window. For each of the two applications, an original 2 inch x 2 inch size color photo (light color background, not white background), without border with front view of person’s head and shoulders showing the full face in the middle of the photograph is required. • Background color and dress color should not be the same (it should be different color) • If applicant is wearing glasses, please make sure that there is no glare on the glasses or take the picture without glasses • Photograph should be front view with shoulders visible • Photographs should be bright (please note the color of skin and brightness of the photo are different) • Photograph should not be stapled and should not have any signatures (no signature on photo).

The outsourcing arrangement in respect of the area falling under the consular jurisdiction of the Consulate General of India, New York (The Jurisdiction of Consulate General of India, New York is Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont, as well as Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.) will come into effect on 15th February, 2011. M/s Travisa Outsourcing will receive OCI applications with effect from 15th February, 2011. All applications received by Travisa Outsourcing will be acknowledged to the applicants by the next working day.
