That’s the problem. When you look at large items like package wastewater plants, they are about 20 25,000 gallons. They actually have to be brought in sections and even when they are sectionalized, they are oversized loads. For trucks carrying large loads on the underdeveloped and degraded roads in Afghanistan, it can take 3 to 4 weeks to get from one point to another.
