OBLIVION!!! Buying a house in skingrad?
ehhhh, let me think…. haven’t played in a while haha, ummm… all houses are around 20k or something and you talk to the Orc in the skingrad castle 🙂 if u want a cheap house go to the town on the very left and talk to a guy in the bar… he owns a mansion in the town and will sell for 8k and with a little quest.
talk to the orc Shum gro-Yarug. He will usually be in the castle as he is the butler. You need to get his disposition to 70 and the house itself costs 25000 septims. The furniture and such will cost a little bit extra from Colovian Traders. Also dont forget to get the maid Eyja. She is usually at Colovian Traders or the inn (something like three sisters inn i think). And dont forget the treasure in that house.
