The purpose of the DVBC is to establish, maintain, and support a junior volleyball program for young women. DVBC goals are to provide players with technical training, instruct teams in power volleyball play, provide competitive volleyball opportunities, and encourage players to develop positive attitudes, teamwork and competitive attributes.
