Nuclear submarines off US coast othing to worry about says Russia. Is he right?
Since the US has had nuclear subs of the Russian coast many times over recent years, this is hardly unreasonable. And I don’t think it is overt aggression, is is just Russia trying to regain status as a near-equal of the US. Particularly, Putin gets popularity with Russian voters with vainglorious actions such as these. As they said, these are international waters.
