Now that these filings have taken place, what are the next steps as they relate to approval processes?

In addition to the Probate Court proceedings, approvals are outstanding and required from the Internal Revenue Service, the Federal Trade Commission and the New Hampshire Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau, as well as final approval from the Bishop of Manchester. Both of our respective organizations have sought to answer every question openly and transparently throughout the regulatory process to date, and we will continue to do so as we move through the next stages of the process.
