Flagstaff Mountain is a City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks Facility, even though Flagstaff Road is owned and maintained by Boulder County. Parking permits are available at the OSMP operations office at 66 S. Cherryvale Road. They can be reached at: 303-441-3440.
