Now that Ive loaded the Confreecall Plug-in, how do I use it?
There are two different ways to make this service work for your conferencing needs. In the plug-in window, you will notice two different graphics and a form field where you can enter the subject of the conference (see the image below). The graphic on the left says “Schedule a Conference” and when clicked allows the user to input their name, subject of conference, date and time of conference including time zone, and recipients. Users can even create and save an email list for future use. Each recipient will receive an email notifying them of the access number to dial, the conference room number to input when prompted and it notifies the recipients to load the Confreecall Plug-in in their Yahoo! Messenger window.

Messenger window. Confreecall Plug-in If a reservationless conference is desired, then the user can hold down the CTRL button on their keyboard and select multiple online buddies. Then, the user would need to click on the “Conference Now” button.
