You can log in to the App Store Volume Purchase Program portal with your new Apple ID. After login, you can redeem Volume Vouchers given to you by your Program Manager. You can also search for apps by name and purchase them in quantity. After you purchase apps in volume, a spreadsheet with app-specific codes and URLs will be emailed to you.
