Answer 3: Unfortunately this is not the case at this time. Only the larger post offices with a Delivery Unit Computer (DUC) can participate in the ePUBWATCH service. The good news is that these 7,100 post offices receive approximately 80% of all destination mail, including Periodicals Mail. Smaller post offices, mostly in rural areas, will still need to receive a paper Publication Watch from Periodicals publishers.
