A. The Novice Mode provides an extra level of on-screen help tips. This mode is designed for less experienced Bill Payment users. To turn the Novice Mode Off: 1. Click on the Novice Mode link to access Customer Service. 2. Click the Novice Mode radio button Off. 3. Click the Submit button. To turn the Novice Mode On: 1. Click on the Novice Mode link to access Customer Service. 2. Click the Novice Mode radio button On. 3. Click the Submit button.
