LivClean is offering installation of the new Water Heater, removal and disposal of the old Water Heater at no up- front cost to the consumer. In doing so, LivClean has obtained the customer’s ongoing business by way of the LivClean rental fee that is charged to the Enbridge bill following the installation of the new Water Heater. There are no surprises or hidden fees of any kind.
